BRIEF TUTORIAL TO MIX MEEXE KAL AND
MEEXE RESIN

Our dual component lime based microcemento is very easy to use, but it is necessary to add Meexe Resin to achieve the best product to coat your surfaces. Our water-based acrylic resin is the B component for this and other microcementos.

By following the steps in this brief tutorial, we assure you that the result of your project will be excellent:

1Calculate properties

Although it may seem obvious, this step is fundamental. It is very important to carefully measure the quantities we are going to use, both of microcemento as well as resin and, if applicable, pigment. Use a measuring container for this purpose.

2Pigment the resin

Mix part of the resin with the chosen pigment. This way you will maximize the performance of the dye and achieve a uniform result. Add the rest of the resin and stir.

3Add the microcemento

Add, to the previous mixture, the Meexe Kal lime based microcemento in the chosen granularity, which you will find in powder format. Stir until you get a compound of homogeneous consistency and without lumps.

Take good note of these measures to achieve a perfect mixture:

  • 20 kg of Meexe Kal XL – 6 liters of Meexe Resin
  • 20 kg of Meexe Kal L – 6.7 liters of Meexe Resin
  • 20 kg of Meexe Kal M – 7.5 liters of Meexe Resin
  • 15 kg of Meexe Kal S – 6.4 liters of Meexe Resin
